TRAINING 3000 PEOPLE IN A DAY
The Need
One of our multi-national clients needed to upgrade the feedback skills for 3000 newly promoted global managers at an annual event.
Our Solution
We delivered fun and relevant scenarios acted out by talented facilitators. With our “Guided Improv™” method, we “freeze” the scenes, discuss the dynamics and alternatives, and “rewind” to explore better communication strategies.
We conducted the program in a huge ballroom with multiple cameras, jumbo video screens, and mic runners. One session in the morning, one in the afternoon; 1500 participants in each. Despite the vast venue, the sessions were remarkably interactive, with frequent discussions, and volunteers from the audience joining the scenes onstage.
The Outcome
Over 5 years we have trained more than 10,000 global managers in the art of giving effective feedback. Our program has always been amongst the highest rated by participants, and we often hear back from successful managers who tell us how much they appreciate the training, and utilize the skills they learned.
